This Privacy Policy explains how RCT Excavating Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Bid Pro Material Calculator mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
The App is a construction material estimating and calculation tool. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, location, or contacts. Calculations you perform and settings you choose (such as truck capacities and measurement units) are stored only on your own device and are not sent to us.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. To manage subscription access, we use RevenueCat, Inc., a third-party subscription management service, which processes a randomized, anonymous purchase identifier and subscription status. This information is used solely to determine whether your subscription is active and to unlock access to the App. It is not used to identify you personally.
Any data handled by the services above is used only to operate subscriptions and provide the App's functionality. We do not sell, rent, or share information for advertising or marketing.
Because calculations and preferences live only on your device, deleting the App removes that data. Subscription records held by Apple and RevenueCat are governed by their respective policies.
The App is intended for professional and general use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal profile to access or delete on our side. For subscription-related requests, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly in your Apple ID settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
